Common questions
The code I was given does not work
Games stay open for 12 hours and then close for good. Ask whoever shared it for a new one. Codes are six characters and are not case sensitive.
Everyone has different squares
They do not — everyone in a game plays the same twenty-five squares, arranged differently. That is deliberate, so nobody wins just by copying the person next to them.
The squares do not fit what I am watching
Try naming the kind of broadcast rather than one episode: Formula 1 rather than a specific race, Twitch stream rather than one stream. Cards work best for live talk — commentary, debates, streams, keynotes. You can also edit any square before you start.
It says to come back tomorrow
Cards for a topic nobody has asked for before have to be written, and there is a limit on how many we build in a day so the app stays fast for everyone. We build the most-requested ones first and will tell you when yours is ready.
I am not getting notifications
Check iOS Settings › Notifications › Bingo Factory. We only ever send one: someone in your game got a line.
Is this gambling?
No. No wagering, no prizes, no currency, no chance. It is a checklist of things you spot while watching something.
Reporting a card
Cards are generated and, despite the checks, one can come out wrong. If you see a square that is unfair to someone, inaccurate or just wrong, send us the topic and the square and we will remove it. Squares are cached and shared, so one report fixes it for everybody.
If a page here is about you
We publish bingo pages about public figures and the kinds of broadcast they make. If one is about you and you want it changed or taken down, use the form below and say so. We will remove it. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to prove anything first.
